ServiceNow Architect

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Exceptional understanding of HRIS systems; how they interact/interface with one another/overall HR business processes
  • Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the HR Roadmap and enable the best employee experiences
  • Collaborate on creative, flexible and scalable solutions to complex business problems
  • Gather requirements from a variety of cross-functional groups, such as Operations, Legal, HR Corporate, Vendors and other employees
  • Highly collaborative with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gain requirement sign-off by ensuring mutual understanding and agreement among stakeholders
  • Ensure systems and processes are effectively and efficiently designed and developed to support business operations
  • Evaluate potential risks and defects, analyzing specifications and customization of applications and relevant processes while providing recommendations and solution designs
  • Responsible for the end to end system development and/or project lifecycle, including assessment, documentation, functional design, and operational implementation
  • Ensure seamless integration of new and existing systems, business processes and procedures
  • Safeguard HRIS data applications to improve the integrity of business intelligence
  • Organize functional requirement from business stakeholders and SME’ s
  • Create status reports and lead meetings regarding results
  • Responsible for knowledge transfer to other team members or the support team

Skills and Experiences:
  • Strong proficiency in system and process architecture
  • Innovative techniques concerning strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Must possess a high-level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Experience with Human Resource functions such as Data Set-Up/Maintenance, Payroll, Benefits, Self-Service, Time and Labor, HR Case Management, Etc.
  • Expert in managing various strategic methodologies, and frameworks for sharing knowledge with a diverse team of technical and non-technical

Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence the implications of complex technical concepts to senior management, technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to see a larger picture and link work activity for people to drive greater understanding
  • Experience working in a waterfall and Agile/SCRUM environment.
  • Experience in business transformation and an understanding of quality/standard project management practices
  • Experienced in ServiceNow HR Case, Enhancement, Release modules

  • Bachelor’ s degree required; Master’ s degree preferred in any STEM related field
