The Opportunity:

The support you will provide includes computer and telecom incidents, desktop (hardware/software), third-party software/hardware applications, and home office configurations. We’ ll rely on you to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex PC and network problems with a keen eye and ability to provide quality customer service at an Executive support level. Our employees work within Windows 7, Windows 10 and many utilize Citrix desktop environment— with so many interacting systems, the ability to identify patterns and investigate solutions is critical to this position’ s success.

Past experience within an Enterprise Help Desk/Desktop Support environment will provide the required technical foundation, but individuals tend to excel here if they take time to absorb, understand, and then innovate within their current environment. They know the importance of customer satisfaction and can work cross-functionally, and consistently seek to be part of the solution; they don’ t just fix things, but actually think through “ why” and “ how” surrounding issues.

Your Qualifications:
  • Previous Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Desktop experience preferred.
  • Candidates with Desktop experience ideal for this dual role.
  • Previous experience working in a Microsoft environment with exposure to Exchange.
  • Previous Executive level support in an Enterprise Environment.
  • Experience with IOS and Blackberry preferred.
