Summary of Responsibilities:
  • This position primarily focuses on generating and interpreting data to support purification process development for manufacturing mABs and non-mABs at clinical Phases I/II/III
  • Develop and optimize scalable purification processes
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis of process statistics, identify process deviations, prepare technical reports and propose process solutions and improvements.
  • Exchange technical information with team members for troubleshooting and process improvement. Propose, and execute process and procedural changes to improve process performance, or robustness.
  • Participate in department level training and development opportunities. Provide training and guidance to more junior scientists, if possible.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines, quality policies, directives and procedure. May drive SOP/BPR generation, review & approval process.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree and 2-3+ years of relevant experience, Master’ s degree and 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with purification of downstream mAbs is highly encouraged
  • AKTA, Unicorn experience is viewed as a critical skill.
