Research Associate IV

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Perform cell-based assays including cell line culture, process, dye labeling, light microscopy, imaging acquisition and analysis.
  • Perform in vitro biochemical and enzymatic assays including IC50 measurement, Km and kcat measurement, and mechanism of inhibition study.
  • Develop/validate existing or new cell-based and biochemical assays.

Summary of Qualifications:
  • BS in Science, with prior lab or industry experience (> 1 years). Or MS/Ph.D in relevant fields.
  • Cell culture techniques.
  • High content imaging analysis and familiarity with imaging analysis tools highly desirable
  • Basic in vitro assay experience
  • Molecular biology skills such as PCR, RT-PCR, ELISA, transfection.
  • Must be a team player
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with CRO experience preferred.
