Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • This position coordinates, expedites, and executes the movement of materials and assemblies between the Logistics and Manufacturing cost centers, as well as within the Manufacturing building.
  • The candidate will refer to the Production Schedule and to governing Standard Operating Procedures as well as conferring with department supervisors to determine material requirements and conduct day-to-day tasks.
  • This position requires strong written and verbal skills to compile, maintain, and communicate records of material inventory, expired materials, and material movements.
  • Proficiency with SAP is highly recommended.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Technical knowledge of inventory and supply chain systems, methods, and procedure are required.
  • Effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for building, maintaining, and improving business processes are required.
  • Highly recommended to have experience working within a GMP environment.
