Summary of Responsibilities:
  • General HR support to managers and employees, including basic coaching (team dynamics and manager), Workday support, running reports, and basic data analysis.
  • Support with year end comp cycle and guidance to employees policies and procedures.
  • Possibly take on the change management support of a D1 or D2 leader’ s org.

Summary of Qualifications:
  • Bachelor' s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Proficient in Workday
  • Strong Excel and writing skills
