About the role:

Our client’ s Business Intelligence team is seeking a Business Analyst to help design and troubleshoot applications and facilitate efficient workflow processes. You must be able to prioritize, keep track of details, learn new systems, juggle deadlines where needed, and solve problems on the fly. As a Business Analyst you’ ll be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications using Microsoft Access.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and streamline business processes and organize information effectively
  • Provide quick, innovative, yet sustainable solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Revise legacy processes and applications to address new challenges
  • Support our internal customers with outstanding service
  • Recommend solutions when a business group or process has outgrown its existing solution and is ready for something more

Education & Skills:
  • A Bachelor’ s degree from a four-year college / university or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate experience building forms and designing processes and workflow in Microsoft Access
  • Experience programming with Visual Basic for Applications and using SQL to query and manage information
  • A basic understanding of the principles and practices of project management 
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to communicate what you know clearly and effectively
