Scientific Technical Support Associate

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing department for current and developing projects
  • Receive incoming calls from customers and resolve/advise on any issues/complaints
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events
  • Serve as primary contact for website maintenance
  • Lead training workshops and webinars

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Biology, Chemistry, or other Life Science related field mandatory
  • Must be able to travel domestically within the continental United States to trade shows
  • Experience in a scientific laboratory (academic/industry) working with laboratory equipment and benchtop techniques
  • Experience in a technical or customer support role a plus
  • Must have proficiency with telephones/headsets while operating a computer
  • Strong customer service and attention to detail
  • MS Office Suite
