Bayside Solutions is seeking a Product Manager, CRM & Engagement Tools to be part of our client’ s team in Pleasanton CA

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Build the strategy and roadmap for the digital tools that will help advance our clients Distributors grow their businesses
  • Evolve our existing digital tools – health print, mobile app, business portal and personal websites
  • Build a set of digital marketing tools that our clients Distributors will use to promote their business across channels (social, email, web, search, etc.)
  • Take a CRM approach to helping Distributors engage with customers, by using data to identify appropriate communication tactics and an automated system to engage Distributors
  • Push responsibility for results by conducting weekly business review meetings, establishing KPIs & closely monitor, record and drive strategic decisions to impact KPIs positively
  • Insightful and Analytical; provide suggestions  and appropriate changes based on measureable results and Distributor feedback
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, finance and external agencies to deliver against the responsibilities above
  • Staying abreast of latest digital technology and bringing new ideas to the business

  • 8 or more years' of experience in digital marketing.
  • BA/BS/Bachelor’ s degree
  • Track record of successfully developing and implementing tools that sales teams use to drive results
  • Expert knowledge of digital systems and user-centric experience design
  • In-depth understanding of sales automation tools (ex:
  • Understanding of digital tools that small businesses use to manage and grow their businesses
  • Passion for utilizing technology to make people’ s lives easier
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders who are diverse; petition for and produce feedback, and make recommendations on forward progression.
  • Extensive analytical skills with the aptitude to use data to drive actions, for use by Distributors in driving better customer engagement and for broader strategic planning.
  • Exceptional attention to details and driven to attain results using a high degree of personal initiative and leadership

Desired Experience
  • Experience in direct selling and network marketing channels is highly desired
  • Digital marketing CRM Inclusion is a huge plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Must work well with others.
